We are fundraising to connect World Language & Culture Coaches with more Montanans
Hi friends! Help me support good in the world and make a difference by helping Bozeman-based nonprofit WLI-MT grow access to language & culture education in the state of Montana!
As our world becomes smaller & more complicated, I believe it is more important than ever to engage with & celebrate world languages & cultures. Some of the best experiences I've had so far in my life have been while visiting other countries, meeting people from different cultures than my own, & learning to communicate in another language. Speaking another language has given me opportunities that I never even knew I wanted (like teaching English to young students in France, or teaching French to young students with WLI-MT!), and has connected me with so many beautiful humans who I may not have otherwise met (many of whom are now very dear friends!).
I am so proud & honored to be a part of this fantastic organization & the work that we do to connect learners with world languages & cultures, celebrate diversity in our communities, & strive to promote cultural humility in this world. Our Language Coaches are truly special people, many of whom are native speakers, and connecting them with learners, especially our youth, is so important & powerful.
